*Cancellation and Refund Policy*

If a student wishes to cancel a booked test, the following policy shall apply:

1. *Cancellation Notice:*
Students must notify Bright Future of their intention to cancel a booked test at least 7 days before the scheduled test date.

2. *Refund Conditions:*
– No refund shall be issued for any amount if a student decides to cancel the test in last 6 days.

3. *Non-Appearance Responsibility:*
– Bright Future bears no responsibility if a student fails to appear for the booked test on the scheduled date and at the designated venue.

4. *Test Date Extension:*
– Students have the option to extend the test date by contacting the office number at least 7 days before the originally scheduled test date.

Please note that by proceeding with the booking, students acknowledge and accept the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. It is the responsibility of the student to adhere to the specified cancellation procedures and timelines outlined above. Bright Future reserves the right to modify this policy with or without notice.
